In this class you'll train all the Diavolo basics of floorwork and partnering. You'll also learn Diavolo repertoire from one of our works.

THURSDAY

Each week you'll learn to work with and manipulate actual structures of Diavolo as recently seen on the 66th Grammy Awards with Dua Lipa! Our current structure is the train.

DIAVOLO CREATION

SATURDAY

12:00pm - 3:00pm

After a series of Diavolo Structure classes there will be a Saturday creation class with Jacques Heim working to build a small piece on the structure that has been the focus of the previous Thursday classes.

*Must take 2 Thursday classes to be eligible for Saturday class

DIAVOLO's performance tailored to school audience is called "T.R.U.S.T." and explores this quintessential component of the Diavolo aesthetic. Dancers fly, fall, jump, catch and challenge their personal boundaries using structures such as doors, ladders and benches as the vehicles for expression their trust in one another. 

Diavolo is on a mission is to provide arts education to Los Angeles students. Diavolo brings our technique directly to schools through movement workshops. The movement workshops culminate with a custom-choreographed performance in our unique style incorporating physical objects such as tables, ladders and benches.
